Welcome to the Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc. ("Lucas Center," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online learning platform, courses, coaching, mentorship services, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Services") available through our website and learning management system powered by LearnWorlds.


By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our Services. By using our Services as a minor, you represent that you have obtained such permission.

3. Account Registration

    3.1 You must create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

    3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    3.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

4. Use of Services

    4.1 License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

    4.2 Restrictions: You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Services; (c) use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; or (g) use automated systems or software to extract data from our Services without our written permission.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

    5.1 Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) and related materials.

    5.2 Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, access is provided on a lifetime basis for one-time purchases.

    5.3 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. If a course is discontinued, enrolled students will retain access for a reasonable period as determined by us.

    5.4 Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

6. Coaching and Mentorship Services

    6.1 Coaching and mentorship services are provided by the Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship at no additional cost. To schedule a coaching/mentoring session, please click here.

    6.2 Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    6.3 The advice and guidance provided through coaching and mentorship services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on such guidance.

7. Pricing and Payment

    7.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

    7.2 Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

    7.3 All sales are final, subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 8.

    7.4 We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

8. Refund Policy

    8.1 We offer a 72-hour refund window from the date of purchase for all course and service purchases.

    8.2 All purchases are nonrefundable after the 72-hour window or if more than one module has been completed, whichever occurs first.

    8.3 To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact us at hello@lucascenter.com with your order details.

    8.4 Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Certificates

9.1 Upon successful completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion, subject to the requirements of the specific course.

9.2 Certificates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional certification, accreditation, or licensure. We make no representations regarding the acceptance or recognition of our certificates by employers, educational institutions, or professional organizations.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials (collectively, "Content"), are owned by or licensed to Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our Content without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

11. User-Generated Content

11.1 You may have the opportunity to submit comments, questions, feedback, or other content ("User Content") through our Services.

11.2 By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content in connection with our Services.
11.3 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We disclai, all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We DO NOT guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13.2 Educational Purposes: The content and information provided through our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Services, including but not limited to business success, financial outcomes, or career advancement.

13.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (A) your use or inability to use our services; (B) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (C) any errors or omissions in any content; or (D) any other matter relating to our services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any User Content you submit.

15.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

15.2 Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. You will not be entitled to any refund for fees already paid, except as required by law.

15.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
